Gerard and Frank stood in the doorway of Frank's room, watching in despair as the inferno blocked their only exit, trapping them in as it prowled across the hallway, through rooms and down the stairs. Gerard pulled Frank back as the fire rose up higher with a roar and a rush of heat.

Woooot an update ..... when i got the email saying you had update i nearly had an excitment attack lol (okay that was freakin random i'm not a moron honest ... i blame my tierdness) any way brillant update!! I'm glad you taking it slowly and trying to be realistic cause it can be annoying when someone writes a story and two people meet each other one day and the next day they love each other...... so yeah go realistic-ness ..... can't wait for the next update

As emotionally disturbing as that was, it was written extremely well and I just felt so bad for Frank.
So the lack of updates is the only down-side to this story, but as long as they get here I don't care how long they take to arrive :)
