Sorry, that didn't work out like I though it would. lol Here are step-by-step directions:

4) with out spacing between the right bracket and the first word, type the words you want italicised
5) with out spacing between the left bracket and the last word, [

If you want something bold, it's the same thing, except you type a 'b' instead of 'i'.

I like this so far. If you want to italicize, then you put:

what you want italicized here

Just don't put a space in between the brackets by the first and last italicised words.
