Shooting The Moon - Comments

  • This was so sweet! I absolutely love your writing style and this was just... I don't even have words for it other than adorable and cute. ^_^

I love how this was all from the dog's perspective. It seemed so full of energy and it seemed to flit from one idea to the next, but it was done in a way that was easy to read and that flowed nicely.

I don't want to sound like I'm better than anyone else, but I knew what the dog was referring to in the second line and I thought it was lovely. I thought it was nice how you referred to the dog's owner as it's boss and the snow as it's first love, as everyone says 'dog is man's best friend' but this line proved that actually, dog's can have another 'best friend', so to speak.

The banner is really cute, too! ^_^

  • I liked this, I did have the same impression as k i w i, so now I'm a bit nervous about my comment because she said she interpreted it wrong!
Still, I think this was written lovely, and was a lovely short story. It had a wonderful flow, and the language chosen was perfect for this.
    Well done :3
Oh, and I also love the layout! The banner is so pretty!

  • that last line leaves me with two feelings, one of contentment and one that's slightly haunting. this does leave me wanting to know more. is he referring to his boss being his love? there's no constructive criticism to make, there's simply praise.

job well done! i would love more (:

  • okay, so I was completely wrong in my interpretation. I feel dumb, but oh well.
Now that that's clarified, I love the drabble even more. I understand everything in it. I apologize.[/navy]

Once again, the layout is perfect. It feels like winter.

    I love this!

My first love is back. And she's more beautiful than ever.
I love how this describes the relationship between the dog and the owner. It's a different point of view. And it's so cool how you wrote it in the dog's point of view!

This little drabble gives the look on the dog's face in the picture a lot more meaning. Excellent job! (}:
