Here's where I become horribly critical and brutally honest.
I like the plot and the ideas that you have, but I don't think it's all that well put together.
It's mostly the grammar that gets me, but I'd usually have to read a sentence over to be able to understand it.
But besides that, I really like it, and City Lights (:

Oooh AWESOME story. Stories about Ricky are always awesome. I loved it and I'm going to read the sequel next. If I was Juliet I would just travel with Ricky on his tours lol. Oh and since you like Motionless in White you should read my romance story I just started starring Angelo Parente. :) It's gonna be awesome :)
