I am really surprised that nobody has commented on this. It's brilliant!
I don't know a whole lot about schizophrenia, but it seems like you put a lot of research into it. It's really well-written and I like how you put the story in first-person -- I could feel all of Robin's conflicting thoughts and emotions. I honestly loved it! It's a shame it's only a one-shot; I can see it as a fully-fledged, chaptered story.
It's not really like me to write (relatively) long comments, other than for contest entries, but I really felt the need to in this case. But to sum it all up -- It was amazingly written and I loved it!
