I love the dark and discomforting state in which you began and ended the story. It's very much the kind of piece you wouldn't expect from most, but that's one of the reasons I enjoy it. Truly lovely. I look forward to seeing where you'll go from here.

Depending on where you go with this, it could be promising. I like the way it is written. The overall voice of the story pulls me right in. Kudos.
