The tree successfully *grow*, and finally, finally produced a pear, it finally came out, it was still small and totally not ready for picking. (grew)

Other than that I laughed when read this x) At first I couldn't figure out the reason for the time lapse but then when I realized he'd taken Alex's advice to heart I died >.< cause I thought he had used his mental power to make his pair grow down there instead :P
