I just found this story and I'm loving it! This story has such a cool idea of how to tell the classic Beauty and the Beast story. I love that the curse wasn't broken and has been passed down from generation to generation. Hopefully Mercy is able to break the curse, since Edge seems like such a nice guy. I think that the mistake that they keep making is that they keep telling the girl that they are monsters and that they need to break a curse. It either scares them away or the love isn't real and it's all in their heads.
I'm loving this story and I can't wait to read more, so please update soon!

I'm not a fan of the layout but I can read the story so it's no problem. I absolutely love spins on classic stories and this was was especially cute. You're really good at using short sentence suddenly after long paragraphs, it's very effective. And I've been watching Once Upon A Time! But I've not seen the latest one yet, so if Beauty's back then I'm definitely watching it!

Edge's dad is I don't really know what word I should use for him. But his dad really does need to trust Mercy. Now I'm wondering what she saw that made her smile.

Edge's dad came off as rude to me. The story is sad because the rose would die when they would fall in love with someone.

Aww he brought her breakfast in bed well lunch really. I wonder what's going to happen with his dad now.

Edge is sweet he banged her up after what happen in the basement and telling her that he would never hurt her.

The master becomes the beast by night and becomes human by day. That is different from any other story I've read about the beauty and the beast I like this story.

The whole time that she went looking for the cry I was thinking " what are you doing!?! Don't go looking for that cry stay in the room." but atleast now she saw the beast I wonder what's going to happen when she wakes up.

That would be freaky if she heard a bloodthirsty cry before she fell asleep if that was me I wouldn't be able to go to sleep even if I was really tired.
