The Golden Quartet: Year 3 - Comments

oh. my. gaaaaaaaaaaaaawsh finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this was such a good chapter, and the lengthiness made up for the incredibly long wait. I used to check my email for updates first thing in the morning, you know. hence the frequent messages insisting on updates. here are my favorite quotes- they speak for themselves...

(actually, the first one is a line I didn't like because I had to read it 5x to make sense of it)

How Snape had persuaded Fudge that Sirius was still guilty and that the four of them were Confunded by Sirius so we were confused about believing Sirius to be innocent.

Harry said nothing, just stood there, looking as if he was now intruding.
Remus finally looked up at Astrid and glared, “You’ve got your mother’s intuitiveness and your father’s insensitivity – two traits which should not mix.”

Remus picked up his things and began to walk away, not listening to Astrid nonsense, but she followed him. “People will ask me for years about these wicked scars and I’ll tell ‘em, ‘well, you see, I was hired to capture a wild beast…’”

“That’s not what happened!” Remus said.

“Well, that’s because what really happened isn’t all that interesting! Who’d want to hear about what really happened?” Astrid scoffed and then went on to tell Remus an extravagant story about how she got her new scars.

Amilia examined the scars on her daughter.
“They had sent me a letter, but I didn’t think it was this bad…” She whispered.
“I know… isn’t it great?!” Astrid beamed.

Of course, I can't wait for more- but I think the prequels need some love too...maybe more than the sequel.

Awww! Finally the truth is out and they are reunited! Really love the end but I would have loved it even more if Harry got the chance to stay with the Blacks.. Wouldn't that have been awesome?! :D

This was for some reason missing on my subscriptions list.. But I did get the email.. Weird.. Oh well.. Unsubscribed and subscribed again.. Hoping it'll work this time.. Hmm.. Good chapter.

Only one chapter? What about the father then? Ôô Noo! This is cruel! I don't want to see Sirius dying again! D:

One more chapter?! What?! Where?! Let me at it!!!!!

There was one part that was a bit confusing though- it said that Astrid went to Muggle Studies before she took her Divination Exam. It could have been Hermione but I didn't see her name

I cannot believe that Harry is mad at her! After all that they've been through! That's not fair at all! And.. Gaaah! I don't really get why Sirius didn't see his daughter, too.. He finds it more important to prove his innocence first..?

OH MY BLOODY HELL UPDATE THIS RIGHT NOW!!!!!! Uhhhh good grief I can't even remember my favorite quotes any more. I liked the sarcastic Chistmas comments. Wood is cute. Harry is being a stupid dodo head. Someone whack him with a bludger. Then again he can't get much dumber. Not at the moment anyway. And I definitely feel Astrid with the jealousy. I'd be pissed if my dad didn't come see me too. I can't WAIT for her speech. She's gonna be so bloody mad I'm gonna love it. Sirius will totally deserve it too. UPDATE NOW! And the other years too!

Well that sucks (and blows xD)! So her and Harry are now completely without communication.. Hmm.. She was right about the stuff she said.. I get harry a bit too.. Hmm.. Guessing facing Sirius is what will do wonders in the end... Maybe.. Good chapter.

Dude.. You updated? Awesome! Hehe ^^ so a step closer to entering black for real into the story. I wonder how the girls and Sirius himself will react to meeting each other.. Because I think they will.. Hmm.. Good chapter.

I was just thinking about this story too. I love the new update! In all honesty, the way you make Harry act towards Astrid when he thinks Sirius is a homicidal maniac is exactly how I pictured JK Rowling would. I love this story! I can't wait for more.

Just Finished reading this entire thing and it's bloody brilliant! 100% sure that I'm subscribing to this!! More soon please ^.^

I am soo sooo sooooooo happy to see this updated!! Harry is being such a little prick! And poor Fred, can't seem to find the right words. I hope Remus can help Astrid, and I love how much trust she is placing in him. I love this story so much! I can't wait for the next chapter!!!

I hope Harry stops being an idiot and realize that Astrid is his best friend and who her father is doesn't mean a thing. (Although Sirius IS innocent) I loved how even Amelia had her doubts and how no one knows what really happened that night! It's like I'm reading POA for the first time all over again! I love this update! (even though my email didn't tell me about it and I happened to stumble upon it again). Please please please! Update soon! I can't wait too much longer!!

Keep writing please! I really like the story!

Oh no! Poor Astrid! I was wondering how you were gonna write that scene! And you did such a wonderful job, as always! I even started yelling at Harry! I absolutely love the update! I can't wait for more!!
