I'm loving this new story. It makes me sad to know that something bad is going to happen to Timothy very, very soon because he already seems like such an interesting character that I was hoping to read more about him. Although the journey that Johnny is about to take once that happens is going to be just as interesting, I'm sure - so I definitely cannot wait to see how all of that plays out.

I honestly got chills reading this chapter. I know that I will most likely cry during the rest of it because it just seems like that kind of story. I am really looking forward to reading this story. I would also like to thank you both because my older brother as well as myself are in the military and it is hard, but we make it through. Now, I hope that you update soon. Great first chapter.

Friends of mine were in the war and they always told me they had a feeling when something bad was going to happen. They tried so hard to make me understand and I did for the most part. After reading the first chapter I can tell you truthfully that it gave me chills.
