Taking Down the Sunrise - Comments

Whoa, that ending just got me. Was NOT expecting that. I think this was a perfect way to tell the story of Sev and Lily and James. It just worked so, well. There are places where improvements could be made, but overall, I really enjoyed the plot and what you wanted to achieve with this. You should totally do a sequel!

Oh my. I just finished reading this and just.. the end of that my stomach dropped like right to my toes and came up my throat all at the same time. That was the single best Severus/Lily fanfiction I have EVER read and one of the most well-written stories I've read in a long time. That was just like. My brain and my heart and my feelings were EVERYWHERE with this story. Gah. I can't even put into words how amazing that was. Beautiful. and now I shall put it in my bookmarks to read over and over again.

This was lovely to read, and I really enjoyed being subscribed these past few months. Thanks for posting it ^-^

I've never read a lily potter fiction before and this is just fantastic. like, wtf james- go away. hah. snape is just... such a sweetheart to her and... it's like she just doesn't appreciate it and- ugh. I only read the first couple chapters but it's really fantastic. keep it up!

Well, I do enjoy Harry Potter fanfiction. Not to mention, I adore the Marauder's era. Futhermore, I LOVE Lily and Snape. It's so awesome! I love the way it's written and it's a very unique idea. I don't usually see much of Lily and Snape stories, so I actually will suscribe to this :D

You know... I've always thought it was strange how people would write Harry Potter fan fictions because they're already fictional characters to being with, but you've got a story on your hands that really made me understand why.

The story in itself is well written and my favorite part actually happens to be in the description. The mentioning of green, then the green layout.us Subtle things like that I love.

I like this story so much I'm going to illustrate my reactions with gifs.

Summary:

Okay, I can dig this, although hopefully there is some shutting up and making out going on because really, Lily and Sev always needed to shut up and make out.

First chapter:

ZOMG THE CUTENESS AND THE ANGST UNF.

Second chapter:

Stupid future Deatheaters need to STFU and die.

Third chapter:

I don't really like James and Lily but... that was cute. Sigh.

Fourth chapter:

Severus... in pajamas... I can't even.

Fifth chapter:

THEY KISSED! But... why is Lily crying? *cries too*

GAH it's so cute and Severus is just unf. I love this story so much.

They're going on a date! And they're so cute! And God, Lily, stop with your adorable hesitancy. Just go make out with Sev. Kay?

Clearly, I freaking adore this story, and you need to update immediately. (:
