The layout was nice, but I didn't really like it that much. I'm not sure why. The link to my contest was not placed in your summary in any form. Even a little 'x' would do. The summary was there, not overly long but not non-existent.

For the chapter, the way you wrote it was nice. I could visualize good, which I liked. The narrator seemed a bit crazy, at first like a rapist or something. I'm interested in finding out more about who this person is telling the story. Maybe you could write a sequel or something. Good job. Check back in a week or so to see the results.

I absolutely LOVED this! I mean in a way it was sick and twisted! But the whole way through it I didn't want to stop reading to see what happened :) Awesome work!

First of all, I love the layout. It's perfect and fits so well with the mood of the story.
Secondly, oh my god, that was possibly one of the most haunting yet amazing things I've read.
I can't commend you enough for not only portraying the man's state of mind, but also for flawlessly personifying the fire.
All in all, it was really, really great.

This was amazing. I honestly did not see the ending coming. How Jane pretty much died by the fire and whatnot. I really, really LOVE this (:
