I like the poltergaist (spelling error..) idea, it made me wonder what happened and got me to read even more. You define the emotions well, even in the dialoge. And I like your stucture and form. I recomend you read "Unholy Ghosts" by Stacia Kane. If you wish, it reminded me of that book and I think you would like it.
