Whoo. Wow. Trying to think of the words to describe how absolutely EPIC that was. I loved it!

Oh my god. This was so freaking amazing. You get a billion awesome points because I don't listen to Avenged Sevenfold, but you got me intrigued and interested in the story. I loved how you included a bunch of quotes from "A Little Piece of Heaven" in the story; the story followed the song very thoroughly. This was just beautifully written. I love your writing style. I like authors/writers that are able to write suspenseful/interesting stories with not that much dialogue (I suck at it). The only thing is that there were a few minor grammatical errors, but that's it. Good luck with the contest!
