I love how this is in verse. It makes the story, whereas if it wasn't in verse then it probably wouldn't be as intriguing and, well, enjoyable. I've never really read a verse story.
The main character is someone who is extremely realistic because there's many times when all you can do it admire from afar because it's a crush and nothing more.
And how the guy isn't a jerk and isn't the typical bad boy makes this more enjoyable because the guy is practically always a jerk or a bad boy and that's really overused and boring.
The layout really compliments the story as well. :3

So this sounds really cute. A little oddly written (as I don't normally read things that look like poems cause I don't understand them) but I like it. I like that she's admiring this guy from afar, it definitely sounds like a girl with a crush. Just a normal girl with a normal crush. I think it's cute and the layout is quite lovely. (:

Oh my gosh, I just started reading this but, my, you blew me away right from the start. I love how you written it in free-verse. The story isn't too wordy, but it's just enough. It gives me something to look forward to when I am reading it and I love it.

She's just like any girl with a crush, which is very relatable to anyone. I can not wait til they become interacted with one another. Hope to see it coming soon!

I'm sorry it took so long to read this, I got caught up in the spiderman memes on Tumblr while watching Spiderman cartoons. >.> <.<

Anyway, I really, really like this! I'm usually not a huge fan of free verse; but this is absolutely delightful. I adore the main character and the total concept of this story. I'm assuming that the guy's name is Carter. And I really like that name. I love how she thinks about the only time she's spoken to him a lot. It's realistic. I think a lot of people can relate to this situation and feeling that the main character is going through. I can't wait for you to update! :D

I love the layout, it's simple but it's just so beautiful! <3 I also love the bordered pattern around the story content, it's adorable, aha. Anyway, I can sympathise with the character right off the bat from just reading the summary. I'm sure most of us have all crushed on a guy that seems practically unattainable at one point in our lives, hehe. x]

I like the fact that he's not your usual bad-boy rebel popular guy, that he just seems like your ordinary average joe, I'm sick of reading stories where the boy is like perfect, but Carter actually seems...human :D Your writing seems so lyrical and almost poetic, and whilst I'm not a fan of poems, it works with your writing and awh, the third chapter was so sweet! It shows that how just a few words and a friendly smile from someone can really make your day <3 Me likey, I can totally relate!

This was really good so far, you're doing a fantastic job <3

I like how simple these short verses are. They describe what's going on without going into details. As if you let the reader imagine themselves the way she feels. This is the first story I've read in free verse needless to say it's the best so far. :D Definitely be on the lookout for more. :)

I really like the third chapter. It's simple, but it really brings across the impact that he has on her. And it really leaves a lot of questions. I am wondering how this guy can be one of the main characters if they don't talk after this. I can't wait to find out how this can be.

I feel like the last sentence is a little random, though. I think about it a lot. I feel like it doesn't quite belong, and it would be better if you left off with the sentence before. Or maybe make it a little more specific. When does she think about it? And what exactly does she think about?

Please don't feel offended. I think this story is amazing. It was just that one sentence that was bothering me a little bit. I feel like this story is going to be brilliant. Please update soon!

I very much like the ending of chapter one. She spent time putting herself down, but then ended with, "I wasn't just anyone."
    Very interesting indeed.

The end of the chapter, oh my gosh. I was so stunned. I am still stunned. That was beautiful. Your writing seems so carefree (if it is possible to describe writing in that way).

And your character, she just seems so relatable. Even though you haven't told the readers much yet. She is like all the teenage girls who are too afraid to talk to the guy that they like. But not in a bad way. It's just that I feel her pain. And I want her to feel pretty and gain confidence.

I hope that she does gain the confidence to be seen by him. Keep up the good work! I can't wait to see what will happen.

Dang it! I didn't get to be the first commenter. But that is okay.

I really love the way that this is written. There aren't enough stories in poem verse on here. I love the way that you make it flow so well with your writing. Your description and lyrical sounds make this story sound so dazzling and smooth.

I especially love the last line of your chapter. It really leaves your readers on the edge. I can't wait to see what both characters are really like.

I really can't wait for an update to see what is going to happen.
