So she fell down the stairs or something to that affect.
Maybe she was trying to hide the fact that her husband is in something illegal.
And she ended up dying leaving her baby daughter behind.
Now that her husband threaten to make those doctors pay since they couldn't revive his wife.

He has somehow gotten over the guilt of his part of being the cause of Amelia dying but he is downright determine to make the doctor and the nurse that tried to save Amelia pay.
He blames them completely for the death of his Amelia, he doesn't want to see that it was out of their control and Amelia wanted them to save her baby not her life.
I really can't wait for the next update!
