This story is really unique. I haven't read any Peter Pan fan fictions before so this one drew me in quickly. You describe everything so well, like the setting and characters. Thistle is one unique person, that's for sure. I like how she doesn't want to grow up, just like Peter. The layout fits the story as well. :)
Before I forget I just want to mention that I liked your short summary a lot. I thought it captured the point very well. Your layout was interesting but I’m more accustomed to reading a story where it’s in the middle but that’s just me.
I love the name Thistle. I’ve never heard it before, it’s unique and adorable. I might be going way too in depth with this but I also like how her last name, Foster, is so normal. It contrasts with her first name and I’m sure it will definitely contrast with the story because well, things get pretty unordinary.
In your fourth paragraph you have lovely descriptions like the wrought iron gate and the cobblestone sidewalk.
This line got a laugh out of me Green Boy rolled his eyes. “In-de-ans. You aren’t very educated, are you?” :P I thought this was very cute! I like the idea and I’m going to subscribe :)
The layout is very nice and it seems to suit the story very well. The first chapter was well written and I didn't see any grammar or spelling mistakes. I like the plot, it's really cool. Sorry I didn't get back to you about this comment yesterday, I fell asleep a little earlier than I had planned.
Layout: Very pretty layout. Very easy to read which is good. It fits perfectly to the story.
The first chapter: Really well written. I found a few parts which I found to be funny. Who doesn't like the classic story of Peter Pan and Wendy? I love how you took the idea and made your own, and made it very original too if I do say so myself. :) I loved how you had Peter meet Thistle. :) I wasn't expecting that. I love your characters name too. All in all I don't think I saw any grammar mistakes or anything so that's good. Good job so far keep this up!
Defiantly to keep! I fell in love with "Just Thistle". She is that lovable character that I love finding in stories and that I feel the author has made so that I can be part of the storie through the character. I also liked how you had her meet Peter. Grave yards cemeteries are kind of cliche, but you made it work and you made it original. I really liked the little moment where Peter says Indian funny and Thistle thinks he says engine. That was relly funny. I hope there are more funny parts like that to come:) I can't wait to see where the rest of this story goes. I absolutely love Peter Pan and think that your story will put a fresh and original spin to that character I love:) Also, before I forget, I really liked the layout. I thought the picture was beautiful and fitting and that the words themselves were very easy to read (which is a good thing) :) Good job, can't wait to read more!
I definitely think that you should keep and continue this. It was nice to see Peter in a modern time without Wendy. I actually liked how Wendy was the reason he was in the cemetery. I thought that she might've been the one he was mourning when he said "A friend" and then I had my idea confirmed. I thought that that was a nice touch. It was nice to see how she had lived a long life, but had grown up and died while Peter is still young and living. I thought that was brilliant! I also like Thistle, she's a very interesting and likable character. She's so free spirited and innocent, I love her!
Also, I love how your writing is incredibly detailed and perceptive without being too flowery and boring. You have a spectacular form of writing.
I'm subscribing and I am dying to see where this goes! :)
i love the banner of the story. it seems to fit a peter pan story. :) as for the chapter itself, i can't tell you how much i'm already in love with it. you have a very good way of writing and her name is beautiful.
I like how modern it is! Her name is an uncommon one, but I like that because originally the name Wendy was actually created in the story Peter Pan. I shall subscribe.
