The way the layout relates so visibly and obviously to the story just made me smile.

The first time I read this through I thought it was extremely depressing (as it should be read I suppose) but also very I guess spiteful, I just couldn't help but get that feeling.

I tried something weird I guess and omitted the majority of the word empty in the story and attempted to read it as I would normally, just keeping the word out and it read pretty well and I just found it so interesting, it sounded so different to me, like there was another story to tell. I couldn't take out all of the emptys but I like how it read both ways. I also loved how you wrote about her feeling full in the end, and in the end being about her being dead. It was great.
