This was adorable. I definitely feel like it could be lengthened into a fully chaptered story because there's so much emotion crammed into it it's almost like there's not enough room for it. I have no idea what 'chewing diamonds' means but I'm assuming it's a type of drug or something? I find it odd that she thought having her sisters photos on her computer was creepy, that's not a normal thought to have given it's her sister, you know? Shows a lot about this person's character.
You make me happy when I skies are gray. I don't think you need the 'I' there.
This was heartbreakingly sweet. So many things hit home for me and I began to feel really sad, which is a great thing. It's different to simply just write something because you're bored or were made too, but it's another thing to really sit down and write something that your readers can tell you put your heart into; I definitely could tell the latter was true here.
Something in particular that really got was the fact that you mention how you were willing to abandon something you liked for your friend, but in the end she wasn't willing to do the same. I've had so many people not return the gestures I've gone to great links to make and I've never quite understood why they couldn't see how much love I had for them.
It was simply beautiful. There's absolutely nothing horrible I can say about this. It's perfect, genuine, and heartfelt-things that are extremely rare in the majority of the content that's on this site.
You're an amazing writer as well, so I have no doubt you'll continue to write pieces just as beautiful as this!
something about kid's songs and lullabies gets me every time. well written and full of feeling. just remember that when you really love someone, you have to let them go. but, on the off chance they come back, that means theyre yours...forever. keep writing <3
