i dont really read one-shots cause i always want more (i'm greedy) so yea i think turning it into a story would be cool. i was so excited by the adtr lyrics and then found myself a little disappointed when it was a JohnO story. but yea still like it :)

In all honesty, I never read songfics. Infact I try to avoid them, but to tell you the truth.. this was great! and I don't even listen to ADTR. However, I did listen to the song you used as a baseline and I really love what you did with it. Well done!

This is my favorite story of yours so far... I love how you brrought this song to life. I mean when i first listened to if It Means A Lot To You, I wa confused as hell. I couldn't envision anything in my head to go with the song, I was just gushing about the rhythm and the melodic seduction of the song.
I love how it kind of goes from John to Tim, vice versa once, vice versa twice. It's so cool. I love that Layla is so helpless and indecisive. It still seems like she has no idea what she wants. Maybe she is leaning more towards John but I can never be sure.
It does make sense to me, so don't worry. I like the feel where it seems like the story line is a bit fractured & I first thought you did it intentionally to spice up the storyline, in my opinion it did :)
