Hello, sorry for the random comment.

Anyway, I think you have a good thing going here. The character of Rosie Jacobs is an original one, and I like how you have her grounded. There are a few errors with the tenses you use; as in it keeps changing, and there may be a few grammatical errors but I see that this is still under construction (I like that story status btw) and I'm sure you'll be able to fix those soon.
