I actually am hoping to get in an update pretty soon! I kind of want to rewrite a lot of it too because my writing back in the day was way too wordy.

For the love of god and all that is holy in the skies above and in the oceans below and everything in between, please update this.

I am actually...horrified that this doesn't have more comments.
This is one of those rare stories that has the power to change a life. And you're only 4 chapters in... oh, why did you stop?
I tell you complete truth, this is one of the most raw, beautiful things I've ever read.
It makes me want to write songs, it makes me want to cry, it makes me want to live, it makes me want to appreciate things. I hope you know how powerful this is.
There has only been one other time in my life, how I've seen Gerard's essence portrayed so flawlessly. And still, you do it so differently, in the greatest way.

Your words are just... so sweetly morbid. So beautifully depressing. Even as I've seen other powerful stories, they've never been like this.
I mean... you're incredibly talented. If anyone ever says otherwise, shove this story in their face. Because it's precious. Precious, beautiful, meaningful, powerful... I rarely get taken into another world by stories, and never before have I seen writing like yours.
Man... just when I thought I'd seen it all, heh. And I mean, I can't remember the last time I commented on anything, without it being for a review game or something.

I pray to God that you're still writing this. If you are, don't ever stop. That is, until you find the right ending.
Until then, I'll be with this story. Because I know I'll never find another like it.
This is all the truth. Please take it to heart.

Finally!.
It took you almost an entire year, but hey, no complaining because it is back now.
I love the description in the last chapter and the continuing references to splinters and the comparisons between them and Gerard.
I like how he talks to inanimate objects :3

I even stooped to the level of talking to my reflection, I usually argued with the little bitch, he's quite inconsiderate you know. I liked that part for some odd reason.
