So this whole story, the prequel and this now sequel, is seriously the greatest thing I have ever read. Or at the very least, one the greatest Alex fanfics.
Because their relationship is not only the sweet, you have all the facts right, regarding the band and stuff, and that is very important to me when reading ATL fanfics. Because if facts are off, it's just kind of awkward, you know? And just makes it seem like the author couldn't bother to do the research.
But the love story with this and relationship between all the ATL guys is so sincere... like seriously. Very cute. This is definitely one of the first stories I've read where the author makes them all so close, lol, like with cuddling and stuff. Oddly enough not many people do that, and I guess with reason, to focus more on the love story and not make it weird, but in real life, they are all really close and have had moments where they jokingly cuddle and stuff so to actually see that emphasized in a story is different. But definitely a good different. lol.
I'm sad to see this was never finished, though. However, I can understand losing inspiration or maybe just life getting in the way. It happens.
But I wanted to leave a comment to let you know people are still stumbling across your story and enjoying it. You're a very talented writer.
I also wanted to leave this comment letting you know, if you ever chose to continue, I will be here to read it and give you feedback. I'm sorry I wasn't here when you were regularly updating it. I've only more recently gotten into reading ATL fanfics on here.
But yeah, once again, you are an amazing writer. :) I really hope you're still writing, even if it is just on your own time. :)
I still stand by that this is one of the cutest fanfics I've read. :) And I'm still really bummed it was never finished. What would happen between them, once she started school? Would they be okay? Would the old crush from high school coming back amount to anything?
And reading this again, I'm kind of at odds with how they briefly broke up in the last one. Between what initially happened with Jasmine going off her meds being so unexpected, to what all Alex said to her when they were yelling at each other... it was just, wow, a lot to handle and I'm surprised they made it through all that. But they definitely went through the trial after that with the hospital visit as well, so they've just been through a lot in general and it's amazing how they made it through it all.
I guess I'm commenting again, because... idk. To show that I'm still here? To maybe inspire you even more to come back? I can't remember if you ever saw my other comment though, so... maybe this is a bit pointless. But wanted to leave feedback again to show you that I'm still thinking about this story, and hope you come back to it someday. :) Would love to see what happens with Jasmine and Alex. :')
