I just finished this again!!! I enjoyed as much this time as I did the first time!!!

I think one of the chapters got deleted. There is no chapter about why Maddi and Jeremy broke up.

Part of me feels a little sorry for Jeremy - he is young and he didnt know how to react when his buddies were all talking like idiots. Yes, he should have told them to "get stuffed", but the alcohol was flowing and he really hasnt had much experience in how to properly deal with these issues. At least he didnt sleep with "Blondie"

But things must be difficult for Maddi - she isnt like every other teenaged girl - I mean who has an NHL Summit meeting called when they have a big fight with their boyfriend. It would have been bad enough to face Sid - but the rest of them......Yikes. She felt hurt and betrayed by Jeremy, but Danni is right. She does need to give Jeremy a chance to explain himself.

I will give Jeremy credit, though. He came over in the morning to try and apologize - and even in light of all those angry NHL players wanting him dead - or worse - he is still trying to figure out a way to get Maddi back.

The "Kiss Cam" was so cute - but they are so busted!

I cant help but wonder if the "Storm" will occur in the next chapter - something about the team party seems a little suspect.

wow. great chapter. I was freaking when you mentioned the kiss cam. I think you should do a chapter where they play Philly so 'Uncle Max' can meet the new boyfriend.

I always find it funny how "Dads" (or in this case, acting dad) act with their "daughters" as they grow up. They remember what horn dogs they were when they were young and want to kill any guy that looks sideways at their "baby". Sidney is no different.

But Moms always seem to know - Danni knew there was more to Maddi and Jeremy than Maddi was letting on. But she was letting Maddi to come to her when she was ready....and I think after the "babysitting", Maddi may want to fess up and confide in her. At the very least, Maddi is going to need Danni to help run interference against Sidney!
