I'm glad he was honest with her and didn't try to soften what was said. I mean, he was right. He has an image to consider and he can't have this crazy PR nightmare girlfriend. Also, I think it's pretty obvious how her feelings are developing if she's willing to give up the drinking and kinda change her ways in public for him. They're good together. AND...I have to say I'm glad she's getting settled and that Brian has obviously been at the back of her mind until Leah brought him up. Maybe one day she'll be ready for that talk.

Seeing that she said she'd give up drinking when she went out with the boys so Sidney didn't have to deal with PR made me smile. I really like her and Sid and want to see how their relationship develops, i want to know if he leaves or not.

Oh my. lol. I knew it. The electricity is flowing between those two. And they've already promised never to cheat if/when they date. It's gonna happen...probably with tons of drama attached (as if the fight wasn't the first clue).

totally love it. if you need more places to use for the story like landmarks and stuff that wont be online let me know. because I'm a born and bred true Pittsburgher so I can even give you some Pittsburgheze(local slang) if you want to use it too.

ooh there's definitely chemistry between Sid and Avery, an and I think she's going to eat her words about not getting involved with anyone after Brian.

And I had to cheer when she decked the slutty ex - and yes hair pulling is a total sissy move :-) I would have broken the bitch's nose lol

Awwwww....I think someone may have to reconsider her statement that she's not going to get involved with anyone after Brian. I know they are not anywhere near being a couple, theoretically, but it still seems like she's laying the groundwork. lol.

I don't really read stories where one person is cheating on another person especially if they're married and their wife is expecting a child, but I do have to have appreciation for well written stories as well as well built characters so good job! :)

I can't wait to see what happens when she goes to her first game! And yeah, I can understand why Leah is understanding about his pissed off behavior....that's how it would probably be with any professional sports player. Or, hell, a band guy who had an off night (I've witnessed that one).

Just started, I'm really surprised how quickly this jumped into a Brian thing. :P I'm not complaining though. The only thing I noticed was that you should watch the comma use a little more closely, there are a couple places that have them that don't need them.

I do find this a little unbelievable though. (It's a fan-fiction, I know) But I have a hard time believing that the A7X boys would be close enough with this girl (after one tour) that they would go to her graduation. You should put in some more background details so that it's more understandable.

Also, I feel like I know nothing about the characters. They're just names, to me. If you want to make them more relatable to your readers, you should make them more rounded. Make their personalities more visible. (:

I'm really liking this - I know next to nothing about hockey as it's not big in Australia but I have a couple of friends who like it.

I saw this story was updated the other day, but didn't get the chance to read it until now. I sat down and read the entire thing and so far, I love it. :-)
