I like the simplicity of the layout, first off. As far as how it's written, I admire how you're not totally melodramatic. I also like the simplicity of the descriptions; they don't reveal a lot, yet it doesn't take away from the emotion.
Love it! Can't wait for the next chapter and i'm glad Max and Jimmy are finally getting help. But Max selling Jimmy drugs is kinda effed up, but I guess if she hadn't then he would never be taken to rehab and the rest wouldn't have happened.
I'm trying to think happy thoughts at the moment. I'm glad that both Max and Jimmy are getting their shit together, and I'm really hoping that they could have a possibly-wonderful father-daughter relationship. It's there, but they both have to try for it. And they have to understand that when shit hits the fan, you don't always have an umbrella.
Anyways. The chapter didn't have much action, but it got the point across that the guys are doing their best to save both of them. Very looking forward to the next few chapters. :)
Ugh. Woman. Please. Stop with the cliffhangers. I don't think my poor heart can take anymore. You're torturing poor Jimmy and I don't think HIS heart can take much more. Please, stop with this agony! Make Jimmy and Max make up and fix their lives. D:
I am strangely addicted to this and I hate Max for being such a massive bitch to everyone buam am also pissed at Jimbob for starting up all that drug bull again. Love the last bit, crying for sanity. That was just beautiful and I really want another update soon.
Oh yes. Here comes the melancholy again. And the harsh words that you say you regret but you, deep down, don't. Very nice. Very nice indeed. I'm looking forward to the outcome of Max staying with Pete/dealing and Jimmy's full reaction to her letter.
