I do enjoy this. I just read Fire and Ice and it was delicious, so now I'm dying for an update! I like that you have the same view on Loki as I do, that he's sort of lonely and easily attracted to things that seem to hold promise. I hate fics that make him seem like a cardboard cut out of evil.
Well done, hope you update soon!
