This is good, well written, but I stress that you shouldn't make Silver Oaks too perfect, and definitely don't post all the girls at the same time. You want your readers to get the feel of the girls for later on in the story, not overwhelm them. Other than that advice, this is really nice, and not too strong in all the wrong ways.
