Ashley Purdy & Ben Bruce isn't a common FF pairing, but I'll stick with it, I like reading band FF stories with usual/uncommon pairings :D

the name of the chapter 'forget about the dirty looks' really reminds me of my chemical romance ^^ i don't know much about asking alexandria but i know they are very good and famous , loved the ashley 'character' ;) definitely made me more interested in getting to know the band

Comment swap brought me here :) I have only ever heard of Black Veil Brides from a girl I was babysitting (it was her favorite band) so I don't really have all that information about them.

As far as the layout of your story goes, I think the font is too big. I like the background with the bloody hand print, but the big, white font takes away from everything and it makes the whole thing seem like one giant paragraph. I think it would also help to double space in between paragraphs :)

I like that you story isn't made up completely of dialogue, however there are quite a few grammar and spelling mistakes. I feel like, personally, these take away from the reading experience if there are too many, so perhaps do a couple revisions before posting :)

I would also suggest to not use words like "kinda", unless it is for dialogue. I think with a little bit of editing, you can really have a great story here!

Asking Alexandria and Black Veil Brides are two of my favorite bands, so when I read the summary I was pretty excited that comment swap sent me here. I don’t normally read slash, but I like the basis of the plot line you two have going here. My one critique is that the font is really big and the area its in is very small, so it makes it a little hard to read smoothly.

Since this is for the comment swap, I'll only be commenting on the first chapter.

I liked the way that this chapter included a scene that involved a conflict that's relatively common to everyone. It's a nice change from a lot of the overexaggerated, manufactured drama that a loto f stories tend to focus on. It just feels more relatable to the reader because just about everyone has had the experience of being new somewhere, dealing with not-so-great things in their past, and having to adjust in a new environment.

As far as concrit goes, I did find the flow to be a bit too choppy for my taste. Also, this is just something I was told in a creative writing class and it stuck with me, but it's kind of frowned upon to begin a story with a character waking up and getting out of bed.

I really liked how you explained the pain of being bullied. It was very different from what I usually read and I was pleased with the change. You both did a wonderful job. I can't really say there were any mistakes that you two made, so that's good. I might have been too involved with the story, so I don't want to say that there were none. But as far as I'm concerned, that's a good thing. lol.
