This is really good. I've never listened to The Maine, though, so I have no idea who John O' Callaghan is.
I'm sure this story could be made very cliche at a lot of points with the predator stepfather, strict father, and a guy that ruined her, but you seem to skip around that line pretty well. I like how the story starts off with this background euolgy before going into the actual story. I also like how you gave her sort of a full figure when the image of a ballerina is petite and thin. I'm not petite and stick thin so I get self-conscious a lot when I see this really skinny dancers.
I like how she called him 'Sock Boy' and still did even after he said his name was Mike. I guess that would be the work of the weed, though. John stepping in to save their asses was expected as was seeing how gorgeous she is in the parking lot. I praise you, Noah, for walking away. Of course that, too, must have been the weed.
So this is a pretty good story. I may subscribe to this. ;)
Just read all of this, and holy shit, it's incredible. Their chemistry with their own stubbornness and the demons in her past is so wonderfully intriguing. I can't wait to see where you take this.
do you know how much i fangirled when you mentioned Alice Cooper? i fanGIRLED SO MUCH OKAY he's my guilty pleasure ahahaha anyway, i was here justfor the intention of leaving a comment for the comment swap thing but then i started reading and i was like "fuck the comment swap, this story is fucking awesome" and i was right :) i can't wait for more :)
This story is extremely well written as well as extremely edgy which I absolutely love! It's heartbreaking to see how Noah's childhood has such a painful effect on her life however it's remarkably realistic, most people I read on here tend to forget to write that in. It also seems that both Noah and John are lost they are both trying to find themselves which is endearing.
I have favorite line that you wrote that made me laugh and have to agree full heartily with it. When Pat says; "Bring back milk, okay? We have Oreos and no milk. These things can't happen."
Please continue writing I'm really enjoy this story!
This story is extremely well written and the content is very intriguing. I really enjoyed reading this story. From the summary itself I was quite interested in seeing how well the rest of the story would pan out as, sometimes the stories tend to fall flat after a stellar summary, however this particular story definitely kept up the initial interest throughout the entire story. Great job, keep it up! :D
This story is so sappy and cute and John. Ugh, he basically is perfect. BUT, I know there is definitely going to be drama just around the corner. Can not wait!
