This was completely amazing. I can't even... Wow. The way you describe the killing process is full of wonderfully horrid imagery, and I can actually almost understand the madness that plagues "Jack." Your writing style is very interesting, very elaborate and dramatic, and it works amazingly well on a story such as this. Plus, the twist at the end was perfect! It was a totally different take on the legend! (As for me, I'll always see Ian Holm as The Ripper because of the movie "From Hell!") Again, this was amazing. I look forward to reading more of your work!
in the 1800's it was far more worrisome to get the flu, infection, or pneumonia then cancer. Even though it has been around for a long time it wasn't one of the bigg things. I noticed it in your story and it didn't feel right to me. But i loved it nonetheless I always love to read old time Jack the ripper stories and reading the different ideas that people come up with for that character is really cool. I know you just did this for the contest but i kinda want more.
The story of Jack the Ripper is one that is always so fascinating for aspiring Criminologist who are obsessed with serial killers like myself and I have to say that your interpretation on Jack the Ripper is written so beautifully I love it.
This was wonderfully written, and what a twist! The way you wrote it from 'Jack's point of view, rationalising her actions and yet showing no remorse, was fantastic. It was a great story, and I wish you all the best in the contest.
Wow. You have incredible writing skills. The story reminds me of a series my friend wrote, though the Jack the Ripper aspect somehow makes it a lot more interesting. Nice job! =)
