    I kinda wish we had more background on what ALL that girl said to William to make him so hostile towards Lucy. Just a suggestion, maybe Lucy could be out shopping, with Eleanor and Danielle, and then see Williams girlfriend and overhear her talking about all that she told William that's got him being a massive twat.
