First of all, that picture of Harry is too lovely for words omg. I also like the background you chose. There's something about colored polka dots that make me think of babies, I don't know.
Now for the story, I found it absolutely adorable. Harry interacting with little Noah was the cutest. I liked that Harry and Emily were still together. I always imagine the 1D boys being way too good of guys to leave a girl pregnant. Anyway, I loved their relationship and also how helpful Harry's mom was. Oh and the bit at the end with Niall and Lou "fighting over her" gave it a good dose of comedy and I very much enjoyed it, much like I enjoyed the whole thing. :)
