Okay, hi wow.
The quote in the summary was so beautiful, and I expected for the story to go along the romantic nature, but the beginning definitely doesn't begin like that. It's so heartbreaking and sad to see Cain hurting Lark, but then COLTON HAYNES THAT SEXY MOFO comes along and he makes everything better, like I knew he would. I love that, even though Colton and Cain are brothers, Colton easily turns his back on him for Lark and makes everything better with her and loves her unconditionally. The ending was so cute, especially when he was telling her what romance was and he twirled her around and ugh it was amazing. I say this with like, every story you write but if you stop being so good then I wouldn't have to say it, hahaha.
I'm not entirely sure what I was expecting, but I definitely wasn't expecting the beginning. I thought it was just going to be cute and fluffy and just romancey all the way through, but this was a pleasant surprise.
I like how much emotion you put in it, and how easily the emotions flowed into each other. You transitioned really well between the hurt, anger, sadness, and then love. It was fantastic.
I loved the ending, where he was saying what romance was, and how you intertwined the dialogue with the descriptions of their actions, it worked really well. I actually have no idea who Colton Haynes is, but he's so cute in this story and I just love it.
