This is so good! I love how wonderfully you've captured the narrator's persepctive in such a short number of words. The layout of the text is also great; generally I'm not a fan of the alignment being centered, but works for this, partly because it's a drabble, and also since it fits with the stream-of-conscienceness that you've got going.
