What does that last line mean? He was saying all these things about not being able to go back to pretending, and then he says that he learned a long time ago that pretending to feel something is easier that pretending to feel nothing at all? Does that mean he's pretending to feel something for Ronnie? I don't think so... Was he just saying that it is hard to act like you don't feel anything? I'm so confuzzled... Please explain!

Oh, my.... I can't say I didn't see this coming, but it did come a bit sooner than you usually reveal things. Poor Maxie, finding out that his father was killed by his mate... Must be tough for him. I hope Max forgives him.
