i totally remember reading this story too! The main character's dad was the captain of the cruise ship and her and her friend (who may have been her cousin?) worked on it. The boys were on the ship for shooting the S.O.S music video. I remember it getting hijacked and everything but I cannot remember the name of it for the life of me.
