Comment Swap recommended me your fic and I have to say, I'm not really one for hockey (being in the UK) but my friend in New Jersey is crazy about it, so I thought I would give it a shot. Anyway, I really like how you've written this, like the comments before me said, there needs to be a little bit more detail but what you lack there, you more than make up for with the easy flow and structure of your paragraphs. The plot is also unique, as well as your characters. You're doing an amazing job with this so far, so keep up the great work!

I've never exactly been one for hockey, but I do have to say that I enjoyed reading what you had posted. There definitely could have been a lot more detail to the chapters, and it seemed like things moved a little too fast. Also, bits a pieces of it seemed a bit unrealistic. But, don't mind me, I'm very picky with what stories I read. Never the less, it was still likable and I'm glad that I read it :)

One of the things that I thought could change is the time jump from between 1989 to the present day; I don't think you need the part about what happened in 1989. It could just be explained in exposition from the present day, and you'd be good. Keep going!

From the little bit I have read, and I will continue reading for sure, I can say that I really like this. For my taste, I feel like it goes just a little too fast. The relationship is very cute, just a basket full of adorable. Maybe, just a suggestion, try to add more detail to what's going on.

EEP! I met Jared Staal last year! It was amazing! Anyways, I'm here from comment swap. I'm really enjoying this story. I'm so glad Comment Swap led me to a hockey story for once. XD This is amazing. I'm on the second chapter and considering reading the rest. Eh, might as well. :)

I REALLY like this story, even though its only a few chapters down. I will admit since I had no idea who this person Eric was as I live in the U.K and am not a hockey fan especially, I did google him and would never have thought I would have read this kind of story.

Here I am though and I have to say, your writing style is really good, so many people who don't know the characters can read and understand quite a bit of your writing and enjoy it too.

Your spelling and grammer is ace and I hope you continue on with the story, which i'm sure will turn out amazing!
