    Hi, love.
I finally got around to reading the new chapter. It's great, just like the rest. Your understanding of all the different personalities is perfection. Pepper is so on point in this one.

    Chapter Three

I had to read one more, and not just because I'm procrastinating on my own writing. I was looking forward to her meeting another member of the team, and I was not disappointed. You wrote Tony absolutely beautifully, with all of the snark and arrogance that makes him still lovable. I really liked how when things got tough they really worked together; I think that's how a team should be. Argue and disagree all you want to, but know when it's time to get serious and get things done.

I really hope Jade is okay, and that they don't get killed by zombie wannabes.

    Chapter Two

I've finally gotten around to reading this again! Finals are over, so I have a little bit of a life until spring semester starts. lol. Okay, this chapter was amazing and not just because I have a ridiculous girl-crush on Natasha. I love the way Jade's mind works; she's a little dark but funny, and I'm so glad that she's going to have an opportunity to work for the good guys. And I am definitely looking forward to her meeting the rest of the team.

So, I have to leave in a few minutes if I'm going to make it to my first class on the time, but I had to at least read the first chapter. And I am so glad that I did! It's only the first chapter, with just an OC in it, and I'm already hooked. I wish I had time to read the rest and learn more about Jade, but duty calls. I look forward to reading more :)

First off I want to apologize to you that this response is so late! :(

Second of all, I am so glad that you love Jade. And it makes me incredibly happy to know that shes becoming your favorite OC. Those are words I've dreamed of hearing from a reader, honestly. So you have no idea how much that made my day. I try my hardest to make her intriguing and different from other females that are lead roles in stories. When I first started writing this I just knew that Jade had to be her own person. Independent, a hard ass, and mysterious. I'm so glad to hear that I've been able to pull that off.

I also try my absolute hardest to stay true to the characters. Thank you for that amazing compliment. Especially when it comes to portraying Tony. Hearing that I get his character right in my writing makes me so uncontrollably happy :)

Tony's reaction will be fun to write and I'm currently working on that so it won't be too long until its up.

Thank you so so much for this comment. You made my day and I'm so happy to hear that you like the story!

I'm not really sure where to even start, but here goes:

Jade is quickly becoming my favorite OC. She's strong, independent, and definitely not a "damsel." I love how realistic she is; she's not perfect. She has flaws and problems, and there's so much mystery surrounding her that it's hard not to be intrigued.

Your portrayal of the characters is amazing as well. Fury is terrifying, Hill does seem a bit intimidating and disapproving, and you've got all the Avengers just right. I can definitely see Clint showing off with some darts, and Natasha does seem like she'd make a good friend (once you got past a few barriers). Bruce and Steve haven't been in it much, but the bar scene covered them just right.

Tony...All I can say is that you've got him completely figured out. He's arrogant and witty and in-your-face, just like he's supposed to be. Everything about him is spot-on.

I can't wait to see what everyone's reactions to Jade's gifts are (especially Tony's) and to learn more about Jade's past. I'm sure it'll be very interesting :)

    @ The Joker;

Wow, I was speechless when I first read your comment. You are amazing. You just made my day. Actually, I think you made my week. Possibly month. That is how incredible you are. I just want to hug you right now! Thank you so so much. And since you took the time out to write this lovely, perfect comment, I will respond accordingly.

    Layout and Banner:

Ahh, thank you so much. And YES! I thought of that quote EXACTLY when I was making the layout. Also, funny story about the girl I chose to portray Jade. I literally typed "badass girls" into Google images, and while some colorful photos came up (I should have expected that), I found that woman in the midst of them and I automatically thought, "wow, that IS Jade." And yes, Tony is rather fabulous and flashy so I just had to get one of his best pictures because I think he'd be pissed if I used a picture that made him seem anything less than classy and handsome. Typical Stark.

    Characters:

I am so SO glad you love Jade. I love her too. She's everything I wish I could be. Independent, sarcastic, and even a little bitchy but manages to still be lovable all at the same time. And yes, the last thing we need is any more Bella Swans for girls to blindly idolize. I am so glad you pointed that out about her alias because that is exactly what I was going for.

Oh, you have no idea how happy I am to hear that I accurately portray Tony. Every time I post another chapter or I'm writing all I can think of is "would Tony truly say that?" or "would Tony actually do that?". Sometimes I sit for hours thinking of how Tony would respond to certain things or how he would act in a situation. And once I'm done writing it I'm still worried that I haven't done a well enough job. So you just made me so happy by saying that. Tony is one of my favorite characters to ever exist. He's hilarious and just about every line of his is priceless. So thank you, thank you, thank you for such an amazing compliment. I'd have to smack myself if I wasn't portraying one of my favorite characters accurately.

Ah, that part is one of my favorites because its just so Jade. And I will avoid cliches as much as possible. I hate them as much as Jade does! A drunken mistake will surely not be the way Jade and Tony come together.

    Favorite Quote:

It took me so long to figure out how to end that chapter, and when that came to mind I just couldn't let it slip away. I thought it was a great opportunity to show that Jade isn't a total brat and that deep, deep down she appreciated the fact that Tony would blast through walls to get to her. Tony's response was something that even I giggled at when writing. I tried to think of how Tony would respond to that sort of text and when it hit me I was practically giddy. Again, thank you for the compliment. It makes me clap my hands in joy.

    Chapter 1:

That intro took me days to figure out. I wanted it to be exactly how you described it. Alluring, intriguing and having all the elements that would draw a reader in. I'm elated to know that you think it did just that.

    Chapter 2:

When I was writing the part where Natasha confronts Jade, I almost literally acted it out myself. I wanted to stay true to the whole assassin persona. And I considered having Jade continue working for the wrong people, but the way I see Jade is that regardless of what she's done, she has a heart. And she's sick of ignoring the fact that she does. She feels guilt just as everyone else does and its beginning to take it's toll on her. So she couldn't pass up the chance of possible redemption. I am so so glad you liked that part and I'm smiling so big right now at your "squealing" over it. :)

    Chapter 3:

Writing action scenes makes me so nervous, I always feel like I'm doing it wrong! But you've given me the reassurance that I'm not so bad at it. So thank you for that. As much as it makes me nervous to write those scenes, its also very fun. It was exciting to show Jade in action and to show-off her skills. And yes, of course, we all know Tony doesn't do well with following orders, let alone orders from a woman he just met. Tony certainly does what he wants and I just had to include that.

    Chapter 4:

Thank you! I thought it'd be something he'd do. Tony's logic seems to go a bit like this:
    -Something bad happened.
    -I'm pissed about it.
-Time to blow shit up and fix it.
At least in cases like that one. I'm really glad to know that you were able to imagine it perfectly. :)

    Chapter 4:

I wish I could have gone more in depth with the description of the Avengers. Because, my god, I really just adore each and every one of them. They all have something so special and intriguing about them and I honestly had to resist from going into full blown paragraphs for each of them in this chapter. And oh my, Clint and Tony. Clint would just have to be near the dartboard in a bar. No doubt about it. And Tony just couldn't wait to bother Jade hence the huge grin he was wearing.

A thousand thank yous would not even express how grateful I am for your comment. I am still wishing I could give you that hug! Thank you so much for all the compliments. I really hope you enjoy every update and that it continues to keep your interest. Don't you dare apologize for "rambling", I appreciated each and every word of it, you lovely girl! I think I may have fallen in love with you after reading all that. Its very possible. Hahahaha. Thank you so much, darling. Hug

I love this, seriously. I'm going to comment on this bit by bit, just to make it more ordered. :)

    Layout and Banner:

I think it's gorgeous, and the hot-rod red layout reminds me so much of Iron Man, and I immediately think back to that Tony Stark quote when he says "Throw in some hot-rod red," or something along those lines. The banner is simple but very pretty, I love the girl you've chosen to portray Jade; she's the perfect person to do it, her facial expression and the cigarette in her mouth seems so Jade that it makes me smile. If I hadn't seen that picture, I think that I would have imagined Jade in a similar way anyway, you've described her so well. And the Tony picture is just fabulous because Tony is fabulous and I love him, which is the reason why I am here reading a fanfiction on him. Even though he's a big flirt, haha.

    Characters:

Jade. Dear Lord I love her. She's such an independent female, completely unlike the 'role models' that people my age have today (*cough cough* Bella Swan *cough cough*), and she's snarky and sarcastic and completely her own person, and I admire that. I love the fact that her alias is "Heartbreaker", and it had sort of a double meaning as she seduced people, only to backstab them, and also literally kills people and 'breaks their hearts', in a sense... I thought that was very clever.

I don't have much to say on Tony; you write him fantastically well and I can really picture him saying everything his says in this story, because you're just amazing at character portrayals.

“Oh, too cliché. Get off!” Jade exclaimed, pushing Tony away. Jade realized that pushing him away was a bad idea because soon after she found herself on her knees, releasing all the content in her stomach.

I adore this. In most fan fictions, the author would have Jade kiss Tony right away and they would fall in love instantly because of a drunken mistake or whatever. But you are wonderful, so that didn't happen. Seriously I laughed so hard when I read this. Jade makes me laugh c:

    Favourite Quote:

    Thanks, Stark. xx

She wrote out the text and clicked send quickly. No longer than a minute later, her phone buzzed.

    Kisses? I like.

You are a brilliant person. I just love this so so so much and oh my god you have managed to depict Tony Stark so amazingly. That is exactly what he would have replied, and I laughed so much.

    Chapter 1:

Normally people are disturbed by the sight of dead bodies. The corpses give people an uneasy feeling and even make them sick. Jade wasn't one of these people though. Dead bodies didn't phase her. Three bodies were scattered at her feet; two snapped necks, one stabbed heart. It was her work, but it was work that she definitely wasn't proud of. Jade was still dressed in the red lingerie that made this mission successful. Seduction was a key technique when it came to this work. Lure them in and do what needs to be done.

This was beautiful and alluring, it really draws a reader into the story; especially the first sentence. It's very intriguing. It's great that this is the first paragraph of the story, because it really succeeds in sucking a reader in and making them absolutely worship this story.

    Chapter 2:

In a monotone voice, not willing to let Natasha see her emotions, she asked, “Are you here to kill me, Natasha?”

This may be a weird sentence to like, but Jade always seems so calm, collected and on-guard; and that piece of dialogue really reminded me of an action-assassin movie. It really excited me, and I love assassin movies so I squealed when I read that little piece of awesome speech. Jade is just so cool, and I'm happy that's she's working for the right people now because I'd be sad if she kept on working for bad guys. :c

    Chapter 3:

Jade made her way over to the gates when she heard a sound coming from the right side behind her. Whipping around to the source of it, she saw a man with a gun pointed at her. She quickly grabbed his arm, twisting it up before he was able to pull the trigger. Putting her leg behind his, she kicked forward making him land flat on his back and ultimately knocking the wind out of him. Another one came from the left side and she kicked him in the face making him stumble backwards. She pressed her forearm against his neck and grabbed his hair, slamming his head into the wall behind him. The man passed out from the impact and slid to the ground in a heap. Jade flicked her hair over her shoulder and climbed over the gate, landing quietly on the other side.

“Iron Man, I’m in,” she said into her mouthpiece.

“So am I,” she heard his response.

    “What?!”

“Did you really think I wouldn't do things my way? I got in about three minutes ago. This place gives me the creeps. What is it, an experimental site?”

You write action scenes perfectly, I seriously envy you. I can imagine everything vividly, and Jade is just so stealthy and professional with her actions, and when she said "Iron Man, I'm in," I was once again reminded of those action-assassin type movies, as that is a typical thing to say. This doesn't mean it's bad, though! No, I love you for that! :D And oh my god, when Tony said "So am I," I burst out laughing. It's just so Tony to do something like that, and seeing Jade get really angry over it was kinda entertaining. I just love Tony. You write him perfectly.

    Chapter 4:

He’d find her, even if it meant blasting holes through all the walls.

And blast holes through all the walls he did.

    :D

I love the repetition used here, and it just really mirrors Tony/Iron Man, as when I read this I was reminded of that scene in Iron Man where he watches the news, gets really angry and starts blasting holes in the walls and in the glass. It's a really good image that you've managed to paint in my head, and I can just imagine him blasting into the place where Jade is being held captive, guns blazing. It's a really exciting phrase, I suppose.

    Chapter 5:

Jade analyzed everyone as she walked over to them. Bruce was sitting at the bar with his forehead resting against his folded hands. Steve was also sitting at the bar, staring at the beer bottle in his hand with a poignant look on his face. Clint threw a dart at the dartboard and hit the bullseye while looking at Jade. Show-off. Natasha was in the midst of ordering another drink. Then there was Tony, sitting there with a shit-eating grin on his face that for some reason made Jade want to smack it off. But she decided it’d be best if she avoided doing so.

I love this certain paragraph, it is just so alike the Avengers and it made me smile. Each of them would definitely react in that way. But Clint and Tony, ahhh I giggled when Jade described what they were doing.

Overall, I adore this story and what you've done with it so far is fantastic. I can't wait to see how things develop, and you, wonderful author, are extremely talented. I apologize for the rambling that I did in this comment. Recommended and Subscribed! I love this story, I love you, update soon! Arms
