@ Stuart Richardson Thanks! I love that people are reacting this way, because it means that you have a strong opinion. The love triangle was the perfect way to stir up drama; I'm still thinking of a way to stop it, though. I don't think the love triangle will be the main focus, but who knows?
@ A1000Lands2Wander It's great that you want to know more, because I do too! I hate planning for stories like this because no-one in this story has a plan. Life just happens. People make decisions on the spot, and that's what I'm doing when I write. I didn't decide to add the love triangle with Matt until Chapter 11, but that's probably when he started confronting these feelings! I also find it interesting that you find that it goes fast. It does, really, but I've read some that almost skip the summary. Mine does a bit. Maybe I was so eager for the cuteness to commence, I don't know.
@Lee Gaze Thanks so much for the long comment you did and for keeping your promise to comment each time, it really means a lot to me. Like people really care for these characters as if they're real people. That's really nice to know, since it makes ME feel like they're real. That means I can't stop, because real people just don't disappear (usually)!
Wow. This story is awesome! It goes along kind of fast but it works really well and I can't wait for more~! It's well written and I absolutely love the characters! Lee and Danny are so, so cute! And poor Matt :( I can't wait to know whats going to happen next!
I just found this. Since no one's giving you feedback, I'll make a big piece to try and comfort you.
What lured me in to this story, is the name Lee, with which I'm in love with. *looks at username.* By naming a gay character Lee, you immediatly had me kissing your feet, haha. Then I started to read. The start goes really fast, but I love how you write Lee and Danny's relationship, like, you write just enough, you don't put anything that would heave the style down, it's good, it's quite a nice, pudic style, with this part of privacy as if we only were spying on the characters, and they have their moments for them. It's quietly emotional, not dramatic, just like it should be. All the lodge part is like that, I APPRECIATE. I'm bi, well pansexual,, and I totally can identify to Lee and Danny : Danny is so confused, I often feel that sick feeling you're describing in my stomach when I realise only three persons know about who I am. It hurts, and Danny seems to feel that way, I sympathise. You get the reader to feel what your chara feels and that's really good especially for someone your age. It maybe lacks some setting and character description, but it adds to the light, kind of reminescent style. It's very simple and it helps focus on the romance between the two of them. The gay scale thing is so cute I legit died. I mean, it's a recurring theme, it kind of guides the story, it's this silly little thing, how Danny draws it to deal with his feelings, it's kind of poetic. Also I like Lee's dirty talk ;) Also how the sex is cut and referenced to, this private, fresh way, is good. And the "YOU THINK YOU'RE GAYER THAN ME?!" moment is like, super cute :')
Yeah anyway, I like this a lot. Will you continue the story or just stop here? I'll try reviewing at each chapter! Not this much though :')
