This is so realistic, I'm thoroughly impressed. I've never really known anybody in a wheelchair, but the way he thinks, moves, speaks, it makes me feel like my own best friend is in a wheelchair and I'm drastically familiar with it.

When I first started reading, I immediately thought that this would be sad somehow, like the ending would be lonely. But I feel so enlightened, like life should be thought of in a wonderful perspective. Which is an amazing thing to exert to your readers, and it's awfully inspiring.

There was one line that I loved most particularly.

"She replied, her voice coated with honey."

I'm not entirely sure, but something about it just set the mood for Hilary completely, it gave her a warm and gentle character setting. This is important I think, because I like knowing which characters I should trust or not, as it makes me feel closer to the main character.

Anyway, enough of my rambling. This was excellent. Your words are so eloquently placed, thanks for the good read!

Thanks. I quite enjoyed writing it. I'm glad you read it. The first chapter of my web series will be out today too.

I think this is a really interesting and illuminating piece. It's so unlike the kinds of topics normally written about on Mibba.
