Definitely a topic that not many people feel comfortable covering, but I like where it is going. I do have to ask when/where the story is set though considering slavery is clearly a prominent part of the story line. I thought maybe it was just slavery in the household when I read the summary, but then the Young woman mentioned slave girls.

I'll be waiting for another chapter. It is good so far :)

Very interesting! I like what you have going and am curious to see where this goes. I am guessing this is set in a modern world, as Ethan was on a laptop? So curious to find out why slavery is happening in that age! If I could make one suggestion, it would be to space out or indent the dialogue from the other paragraphs. It would be easier to read that way.
