It is based off a band called Alesana's The Emptiness story. A story that goes along in a concept album. The Empiness is also based off of Edgar Allan Poe's Annabel Lee. This story is set right after The Emptiness and that story actually covers most questions. The first chapter is also the Artist's point of view during The Emptiness' last chapter. As you may see, he is highly delusional.

It is sort of a slash. But not exactly in that catagory as the two main characters grow apart from each other. Just as the original story this is based off of, the protagonist is the Artist. And yes the chapters are cut off three letters to three sentences. I've tried to fix it but it will only add one or two letters for some reason.

This is definitely an interesting story

It's very easy to read, though I also noticed that the end of the chapters seem cut off...

I'm very drawn into the story simply because of the mystery it holds. I really want to find out what exactly happened to Anabel and how the protagonist killed her. I'm quite keen to see where this story goes so I can get these questions out of my head!

I did notice it was a fan fiction. Of what, I'm not sure, but I'd very much like to know!

I can't be sure but it feels as if the chapters are cut off abruptly. Just when they were getting interesting too! Apart from that, you have a wonderful array of vocabulary. It's refreshing to read such short, bite size chapters with this. I'm not sure yet on who the protagonist is exactly - whether it's a slash or a hetero pairing for one, but it's quite good.

@Psychotic Secrets Thank you for the feedback! And no it does not hurt me. xD I did notice the chaptor/chapter situation and quickly fixed it, along with the other typos. And I actually don't know how to apply the layout to my story because it always said no available or something like that. And I have no idea where the premade ones are. Overall thanks!

I would hate for such a original and really well written story to be reported on Mibba, so I'm going to point out some stuff that will get this story reported.

The title is illegal in a way. The correct way to write that is Prepare to Walk Hand in Hand With the Damned. Small words like to, the and it cannot be capitalized in titles.

On Mibba it's also illegal (as in against the rules) to block the chapters. You have to leave a blank line between paragraphs. These will help, this and this.

Also it's spelled chapter and I saw a few typos, very few though. I'm so sorry if me saying this hurts your feelings but I really like this story and honestly would hate for it to be reported. Also you don't have to but alot of writers make layouts or use premade ones, but its a personal choice.

If you need any help, just ask. I've been in here for years and have learned everything the hard way. But keep this story up, it's so original and good.
