Smell of Lilac - Comments

This was wonderful! My heart was breaking for Aline throughout the story but at the end I was like you go girl! Sure, things are tough now but you're right, they will get better. I loved how you mentioned the little things they had both loved (like hot chocolate) and how it reminded Aline of Oliver but it didn't stop her from still liking it.

My favorite part was the ending - I loved how you showed that she was still upset over him (which is completely understandable) but she knew just because they broke up it wasn't the end of the world. Instead of being a sad break-up story it was a hopeful one with just a hint of sadness.

This was beautiful. =) I liked that she decided in the end that she wanted him to keep her scarf, and the reasons that she gave for it. It just made me feel all warm and cosy inside.
