Here and Now - Comments

I love leaving comments long after a fic is posted, sort of a 'hey, I was just thinking about you!' Sometimes it's nice to have a delayed bit of appreciation, no? I know I love out of the blue, random compliments.

I love to hear that someone besides me re-reads these. It makes me happy and gives me all the warm fuzzies. You are right; Whitney could give Jordan so much more crap than she does. Maybe she just didn't want to destroy him, lol.

I'm re-reading this tonight and I couldn't help but think that in Ch. 10, she could have asked when he'd entered the Triple Gold club. Because Jordan hasn't (it's winning a Stanley cup, a World Championship gold, and an Olympic gold medal) and Jon has. And Eric too, for additional razzing. Plus Jon's captaincy (3rd youngest captain at the time of the story no less, as I don't think Gabe had been named Capt of the Avs yet) and that entire face of his franchise thing.

Regardless, loving this the 3rd or 4th time around again!

Holy shit where's the air conditioner?!?
Can't wait for the sequel!

I actually started working on a little something with Marc about a week ago. Very early stages and its seperate from these characters but its Marc and Hank and perhaps some gentlemen from a different eastern conference team...

As for Viktor, I have an idea for him that I'm pretty sure I'm going to spin off of my PKane story; I just need to map it out and make it happen. One way or another, I will have a Viktor story up here at some point.

But I still don't think she should have excused Marc's bad behavior - he crossed the line, he stomped her boundaries, and he did it knowing that she'd probably be hurt and upset. Forgive, sure, excuse, absolutely not.

Will you do a story for Marc, too, at some point? And Vctor (with or without apron)?

I love this, I can't wait to see what's going to happen next. I'm glad that she made up with Marc. Patrick is really funny when he's complaining about them being together. PMS

I like that this wasn't a fairy tale necessarily that Whit and Jordan ended up together. They are TOO cute

If you're favorite swede is Mr. Stalberg, it's definitely under consideration. It will likely be a spin off of the Kane story if everything plays out the way I think it will in my head.

I totally knew those desserts would make another appearance in the story ;) !! Oh gosh - is there really only two more chapters left? :( This has been amazing journey so far!! I absolutely adore the name Leia or Adriana for Pat's story - nice, elegant, and feminine and I love those names - ashamed to say that most stories I read - no matter how well written, I need to be able to tolerate the names at the very least :P Please, please, please, if you're going to write a story for Pat, please consider writing one for my favourite Swede <3!!

A sorta sequel to this with Kane as the featured....but Whitney, Jon, and yes, Viktor will all be present and accounted for.

Sweet Jesus Viktor in just an apron..... You just distracted me entirely from your lovely comment. I have to go think on this now.....

Oh, boy. Good apology but much too little much too late. Part of love is respecting the other person's needs and feelings - Jordan is not doing that. SOmetimes love is walking away from your loved one because it's better for him or her. He's not that selfless. He doesn't love her that much. And that's sad.

As for Jon, well, I can see where he's coming from. I hope that he gets over his hurt quickly and listen to what she had to say. I hope he can set aside his pain to help with hers. Because that's also a part of love - being selfless enough to sometimes put yourself second.

Viktor? Viktor is awesome. And would be a credit to any kitchen with or without an apron. Possibly only in an apron...

Ohhh my heart. This hurts so badly, watching everything fall apart :( Please update soon - I want to see what happens - who steps up to help Whit, and who backs off, and what will become of the Staal brothers and Jon!!
