    Wow......... okay Cry

Let me just start off with.... the layout of this story is fucking amazing. Now, it's not important to the quality of a story, but I always find good layouts to be some kind of cherry on top, and I'm actually not surprised I love this one so much. Great work, hun, especially the banner! I love it.

My first reaction to this, I need to write down, is really just wow. This one shot is GREAT. I'm picky about shit, so I do mean that. It takes a lot to really make me enjoy a short story so much.
The only little negative thing I can mentioned, and pet peeve, I kind of have to, there's some tense skips in the story and it sometimes gets a bit irritating, so I'd suggested to go over that. Other than that, flawless.

I was pulled into this really quickly. I loved how you gave a very short start into the story and then immediately describe a flashback. I have to point out that it's especially the flashbacks I enjoyed in this. I think it helped create a great atmosphere for the story, especially how they kept coming up, how you skipped between what was happening and his memories.
AT FIRST I THOUGHT HIS FUCKING WIFE DIED OR SOMETHING AND NOW HE HAD TO PRETEND SO SMILE AT WEDDING SO I WAS NOT REALLY PREPARED? I like an element of surprise. xD
But seriously, you couldn't really guess, until reading a bit further, what was actually up. It very all in all very intense and emotional and I felt his pain, I swear. The flashbacks were so cute...the way he interacted with Ruby...... the flashback of him cheating was especially fucked up. I was a bit shocked to find that's why their relationship ended. BUT HIS BEST FRIEND MARRYING THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE? And he has to just SMILE AND WATCH AND BE A GOOD GUY? That's so cruel.
It's a great story! ....... Left me wanting more. It just screams drama and emotional traumas. Either way, also works very well as a one shot, even if it's teasing. Short, but intense and detailed and all around great work!
