I'm glad that you're well, and am able to be happy :) But mental illness has nothing to do with being strong. The strongest people I know have some sort of mental illness.

no i haven't had a mental illness, i'm too mentally storng to get one. i was picked on through primary school and two years of highshool, my mother calls me every name in the book, but i just don't care what others think of me. my metal cure to every thing, build a bridge, if that don't work try a cup of concrete. i'm 17 i have nothing to be sad about, i have like 80 years of life. maybe when i'm on my death bed i'll get depressed, but til then i'll enjoy my concret shakin not stired. :3

The point of this book is to give, like you said, tip and coping skills. I'm not sure if you've ever struggled with mental illness, but when you're really down, you don't want to have to read a long chapter just to try and feel better. That's why the entries aren't long. But thank you for your input <3
