it's complicated between them. Sirius wants to be with her but he's still trying to wrap his head around and everything. And though Jessi wants him she's not sure she should let herself have him because she doesn't want to hurt him. Which in turn is difficult for him because as a guy his natural instinct is to protect her- not to have to be protected BY her.
