    @Prettypsyche As I said in the notes at the end of the chapter, I am working on the next chapter now and it is now near done and should be uploaded tomorrow (fingers crossed). Some questions will be answered but you'll have to read the chapter to find out more

    Yeah, but Alex is becoming abusive and controlling. Plus, I'm pretty sure she and Harry are close enough, relationship-wise, that he wouldn't mind taking her in.

    Two of those questions are going to be answered later on in the plot :) . They're developing. Also, her job doesn't pay enough to buy her a house/apartment. The job is only part time as she is a university student, as I think I have written previously. She hasn't broken it off with Alex because Alex is providing a roof over her head.

    There are a few questions I want to know the answer to:

    What is the story behind Harry's animosity with Alex?

    If she has a job, what's she doing living with Alex in the first place?

    If Alex only sees her as arm candy, why is he so concerned with her whereabouts?

    Why doesn't she break up with Alex and live with Harry?
