I'm so glad she finally went to say goodbye to her dad. Maybe now that she has come closure, things will change for the better. Looking forward to dinner with Brian's dad!

I knew it would do her good to talk to her dad, and the wind she felt was he dad approving. Now her mother can go fuck herself. I ca t wait to see how dinner with his dad goes.

I think it will do good to her visiting her dad's grave. She can talk to him, and let it all out. And her mom needs to stop her bitching and let her daughter be happy. This was amazing :)

Poor Lara I can't imagine how terrible it must be, having nightmares about her dead father. And that fight with Brian scared me! I thought for sure she was going to walk away again, like she did before, and I'm so glad she didn't. Brian is right though - she needs to talk to someone or else she won't get better.

thanks for the comment! I love to know what my readers think about my stories :) I kinda stopped writing because of college and my lazy ass, but I'm back on track now and I'll update as soon as I can :) Promise!!

I just read all 28 chapters, start to finish, in one sitting. My eyes are aching from staring at the screen for so long but I had to finish, and finish I did! And I enjoyed every single chapter so much, like you have no idea. During the first couple chapters, I was actually pretty ticked with Brian. I thought he was acting like a major jerk. I understand why he was so upset with her leaving, but still, that's no excuse to act like such a jerkface. Especially when the reason why she left was because she lost her father. But then they patched things up and became friends again, then got back together, and they're just so cute. But her mom needs to back off, seriously, if she doesn't want her daughter to be happy then she has no business being in Lara's wife. The memory/flashback/nightmare at the end of the last chapter broke my heart though. I can only imagine what that's going to do to her now, and how Brian's going to worry about her leaving again....oh man I love this, update soon please!

I FINALLY had a chance to catch up on the last chapter (I tried twice before and always got interrupted!) I love this story so much, and it makes so much more sense now why her mom had such an issue with Brian. I hope she realizes now that her mother isn't right in placing the blame on him. She deserves to be happy!

Lara's mother is a bitch from hell >=( how dare she use Lara's dad to make her go back to NY?? A mother that really cares for her daughter and wants her happy would never do that!!!
